Your account and workspaces

Sign in with your own Google account and keep it secure. Use the app lawfully and only enter information you are entitled to use. Your entries remain yours; you allow us to store and process them to provide the app.

Free Solo lets you own one workspace containing only you. You may also join other people’s Premium workspaces. Premium lets you own multiple workspaces and invite teammates. Owners manage billing; owners and admins manage members and projects and can view all workspace entries. Members view and edit their own entries. You are responsible for checking whom you invite and appoint as an admin.

Free trial

You can start one full 30-day Premium trial while your account is less than 30 days old. The trial starts when you activate it, needs no card and does not automatically charge you. Subscribing during the trial keeps its existing end date. An eligible account does not lose its trial eligibility just because it has already paid.

Premium pricing and payment

Premium is one monthly subscription for your account: US$3 includes you in every workspace you own, plus US$1 per additional active membership in those workspaces. The same teammate in two owned workspaces counts as two memberships. Memberships you hold in somebody else’s workspace are billed to that owner.

Pending invitations are free. A seat starts when an invitation is accepted and stops when the member is removed. Seat changes are prorated and settled on the next invoice. The catalog is tax-exclusive; applicable tax is added and Stripe shows the final amount before payment. Local-currency presentation may be offered by Stripe.

Paid subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Stripe handles Checkout, payment methods and invoices. Where a purchase is sold through Stripe’s Managed Payments service, the seller and additional payment terms shown at Checkout also apply.

Cancellation and payment problems

Cancel Premium in Settings. It continues until the current period ends. Your owner-only primary workspace then remains free; other owned workspaces, including a primary workspace with additional members, become read-only. Your saved data and memberships remain. You can remove extra members from your primary workspace or restore Premium. Your membership in someone else’s workspace is unaffected.

A failed paid renewal has a seven-day grace period. New workspaces and member admissions pause while payment is overdue. Initial payment failures do not grant paid access or a grace period. Valid free Solo and trial access remain available.

Ordinary period-end cancellation does not automatically refund past charges. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable right to withdraw from a distance contract, obtain a refund or seek a remedy for a non-conforming service. EU consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal period; no waiver of that right is assumed merely because you used the app. Send a clear withdrawal notice identifying the account and purchase to the address above, or use the payment-provider route shown on your receipt.

Bring a friend

A new customer must follow your referral link and sign in within 30 days of the first visit, before their first Checkout. Their first positive live Premium payment must survive a 30-day refund/dispute hold. Self-referrals, repeat paying customers and additional workspaces do not qualify.

A qualifying referral earns 3 complete future monthly Premium cycles covering your base charge and all your seats. Rewards start at renewal, queue instead of overlapping, and unused months remain saved after cancellation. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred. A reversed qualifying payment removes unused rewards; already consumed rewards do not create a cash clawback. Normal billing resumes when free cycles run out. Referrals recorded before the three-month offer retain their original six-month promise.

A small, self-service app

There is no app support service, paid or free, and no promised support response time. Premium buys the stated app capabilities. Stripe may provide its own payment assistance. This does not remove obligations or remedies required by law.

The app requires a compatible browser, an internet connection and Google sign-in. Service interruptions can occur. Do not use the app to attack the service, bypass workspace permissions, send unlawful invitations or interfere with other users.

Material changes to pricing or these terms will be communicated before they apply where required. Estonian law applies, without taking away mandatory consumer protections in your country. Consumers may seek assistance from the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority or the competent dispute-resolution body or court.
